Hi, thank you for donation, I'm very appreciate you.

As for edit.
As you know - my placemarks can be connected to user's profile, and can show info from it, but it doesn't use this data for placemark positioning.

You can enable entering user's placemarks from frontend in map details. In this case the only user's placemarks (which is connected to this user (you can see and change it in admin)) will have ability to change it's placemarks. But they can add new one too.

I can add map parameter - only change it's placemarks - ie to disable placemark insert ability.

And in this case when you add new user - only add new placemark and connect to this user. You can do in automatic - insert into my placemarks table (it is easy, you can see in my docs how to load placemark data)

And in this case they will see its placemark - drag to new position, open infowindow and save new position.

Do you try my component (or module) to enter placemarks from frontend?
If no - try.
You create map, set in its options - enable enter placemarks from front end, set filter to "show users placemarks"

And try - you can have ability to enter, change and delete it.

And in this case, if you just only not to want to user have ability to enter or delete its placemark - I can add this two parameters (insert, delete). To set not update its placemark you can set propect from change in placemark details.

And, in your case - you can create user's profile page and add your map by module
