The problem is solved.
It was caused by cache.
On site was enabled "Use URL rewriting" in Global Configuration properties.
May be in this time, may be in the other - most of links stopped to work: for example, create an account in registration module, some menus.
After:
- Site -> Maintenance -> Global Check-In
- Site -> Maintenance -> Clear Cache
- Site -> Maintenance -> Purge Expired Cache
All starts to work.
