Directions fields dont show

HI All

I have the issue that the directions fields are not showing..

Also the option to display directions field on to or bottom now longer available only bottom..

Display on top is much better..

However i have setup this map component on anothet site and is displayswell with directions fields but on this site it will not display..

I have tried removing other extensions but made no difference..
I tried adding jQuery Easy plugin but still no difference..

Could any one give me and idea on how i can resolve it as i would really like to use this extension for maps..

The site is www.belltreeskennels.com.au/cms1/ and the displays on the contact page but without the directions fields..

Any assistance would be appreciated..
