Radius based on user demand

Ie what you need to do.
- in map details open Map controls tab
- set Circle border to yes

And you''l get circle (1000m radius), editable, draggable
Click on it - get current radius
Drag - change it's center
If you enable geocored find control (search by text address) - you'll get new map center and circle center
If you enable geolocation, placec autocomplete - the same

If you set placemark to center, or call plugin or module with center on special placemark - the same, you'll get circle in new place

All settings you can override in map overrides, on Map tab for Circle Border control
