Integration with Fabrikar tables

I will set it up and let you know my opinion.
First thing that I can already mention is, that I will have different set of categories for groups and different for maps, so it will be somehow tricky to keep in mind.
Also I would love to have the show all/hide all option.

Now you can define SQL and Structure and use it in Placemark definition to visualize by placemarks
