J3.1.4 was created by Bastiaan

Just installed Joomla 3.1.4 and got the following error in the admin:

Layout default not found

This happens when trying to check maps etc. Some admin functions work, some don't.
I am not able to display a map on the frontend either..

Going back to 3.1.1 solves the issue.

I've read, that they are fixing last versions of joomla
Now I didn't test in that version, I wait stable version

Are referring to a special issue? Your link just opens the whole tracker.
After testing today I had a few other components behaving strange.
