I installed Zh GoogleMap, but I can not get it to work.
I understand that it can be used like this?

1. A map of the entire city
2. All users who are login, can easily create routes on the map.

Can anyone here help me sign on my side and set it up for me? I would like to pay for it?

All features you can see on my demo site.

As for routes. You can create on your map any count of placemarks. And allow to draw route from/to search text address (or your position) to/from placemark.

You can't create (and save) route from site. You can create routes (like this joomla.zhuk.cc/index.php/zhgooglemap-mai...-main-map-with-route ) from admin

Oh yes, that is exactly what I need. Admin have to create new route from frontend.
BUT I can not figure out how to set it up. I have read the instructions, but it does not work for me.

If you need draw routes from/to placemarks
- in map details enable "Find Control (geocoding)" - to Yes
- "Draw route from search point to place" - to Yes
- if you want add autocomplete address feature - read my tutorial
- if you want to have "Location" button (to get your current location) - Geolocation tab - set "Geolocation Control" to yes

In this case placemarks will have toolbar with start/end point buttons
