Weather doesn't work anymore?

We have ZH Googlemaps installed in our site. It's a Joomla 2.5.28 with ZH Googlemap Component version 5.6.1.0. We noticed that on a map we have with weather data, it doesn't work anymore. It only shows an empty map. We searched Google and found that they do not support weather data anymore and if you want a weather layer on top a Google map you should use opeweathermaps instead.

Do you have a plan to integrate openweathermaps, so the weather data will work again, or you dropped support for weather in your Component?

As for weather - yes, Google stopped support this layers. In my docs I wrote about it.
I have plans to add support weather layers from the other sources, probably from opeweathermaps

As for extension for joomla 2.5 - you have to know, j2.5 is already not supported. And I stopped developing extension for j2.5.

I continue development only for j3.x
