That's 28,500 map loads per month for no charge.

Ie if you use maps (without street view) you can use this loads free if you don't break month limits. It is display map per page display.
And check more about geocoding limits (if you define placemarks by text address, not by latitude/longitude) there were limits too.

Read more in Google's site, because terms and limits can be changed.
In API console where you request key you can see how many times map was loaded.

You can use my Zh OpenStreetMap extension instead of that (you can import placemarks data) if you don't use directions API, ie build route between placemarks or to your loation. It is free and has no limits at all.
