Field 'params' doesn't have a default value

I dowload the latest version from JED yet. When i install it i get the error that the package couldn‘t installed because the com_osmmap.zip. could not found.

As I understand you right, clean installation is working.
You have problems only if upgrade.

I hope in a few days I will do new release for upgrade case.
It means alter tables and update data.

as for error about JED - you need to unzip downloaded package first, and after that install file for version. In OSM package today only J4, and in readme.txt there is link to J3 version

I have done this.

1. I download the package
2. I unzip the package
3. I istalled the package at joomla 4
4. I got the message could not installed because com_osmmap.zip. could not found

Today, about 1/2 hour before:
- I download and install last version of joomla 4
- download extension from JED
- unzip it
- install it without any errors
- create simple map with one click

All works

Check if you have PHP max file size to upload like 8M. Because default PHP filesize it 2M, my extension is about 6M

Thank, i tried the hole day. Now i was able to install the package without any error. Therefore i backup the system. I downloaded an upgrade package from joomla 4... an then i installed the zh openstreeemap package.

The error Field ‘params‘ doesn‘t have a default value by saving anything is NOT solved.
