It was an funny error - I create JQuery variable despite the fact that you don't need it.
And now I create it only for JQuery placemark content loading and in future release - for placemark rating system

To the best of my knowledge Rockettheme does load jquery, I'm running other jquery extensions without any trouble...

I haven't changed anything in my template, and in fact haven't updated to Rokbox2 yet on this site.

Set "loading content data dynamically" was/is set set to No, so that is not the issue.

I also installed jQuery Includer V1.4.1, and that didn't seem to help either?

I noticed that Olivier posted the same problem with his site after the update, so it seems I'm not alone.
