Do you use editor to enter Addition HTML field, or copy-paste. If copy-paste, may be some unreadable code exists, which is not displayed.

I copy from txt file...
No Word no strange things...
And I often disable the editor to see the html code...
However, I've retyped the text and... It works now, magically!

I think you copy from text file, and it contained some codes, for example unicode BOM, which is not displayed, but can exists.
