I think I found problem.
In map options in advanced settings you need to set "Buffer size for placemarks" just set to 100.

I can see that first request give 92 placemarks, but I can't see the second request for its details. Very strange.
And if it works before upgrade, I can't understand.

For temporary fixing problem you can disable dynamic loading map objects. In this case it will be in page body.
And you can enable dynamic loading infowin content for case infowin content will not be in page body.
And create separate map for tests to fix your problem
