How to use a kml file

I have an existing kml file for this map:
earth.google.com/web/data=MicKJQojCiExWn...HY6AwoBMA?authuser=0

If I upload the kml file to the site.

What do I do to embed it into an article on the joomla site?

Upload your file to server, to accessible folder
Create map
Create path, on KML layer tab enter your full URL to path, assign it to your map
Call plugin by map or by path (check my docs)
