Problem with Location markers (Placemarks) was created by tobulk
Location markers (Placemarks) only displayed on a large zoom (Example 2)! They should be but always displayed (Example 1)!

If you mean circles with black squares in picture 2 - I can't
It is google's POI, and it controls by itself Map API to show or not

You can try to fix Google Maps API version.
Open component options, set version to last. Check again.
If you use blank version field, you use last version of API, but not frozen (they can add features, ie do development). And in this case you can get little difference.
