Hi Peter.
I can't understand problem if it doesn't exist (now it is OK).
Can you update component, get page without map, Save page as HTML, restore to your working case.
And mail me this saved page as zip archive.

In this case you will have still working page, but I have the page with errors and can analyze it.

And you have to update not only plugin. The whole extension have to be refreshed to last version, for example, get from JED and upgrade by it.
