Database Collation latin1_swedish_ci
Database Connection Collation utf8mb4_general_ci

long time ago I got that latin1_swedish by mistake. Have to find out if and how that can be cjanged on a life Joomla system....

Can you give me access to admin panel for 5 minutes.
I need to check system information tab (for example, magic quotes option), and check data in Zh GoogleMap.
For example, change symbol ' to '

My Joomla-platform has a problem with handling the '-character.
Problem was caused by '-characters in map name, e.g.: "2018 GR Melano - Porto Sant'Elpidio"
Had to change to "2018 GR Melano - Porto Sant`Elpidio"

Possibly co-existance problem with an other extension's system-plugin specific on my Joomla system....
