Requiered Fields: Placemark-group and categorie

Hi,
if regsitered users can insert placemarks, the should be promted to choose a placemark-group and/or categorie.

It would be userfull if there where any Default-configuration for inerting new placemarks where the administrator could select which field is a requiered field.

Fenris, as I wrote (many times), I have plans to add special "config manager", to define what fields is shown, what defauts and etc, but it is not main task in my developments. It can be the other form, not in current map...
