Show nearest placemarks

Hello. Maybe in future it will be possible to show in module or by plugin list of placemarks (with distanse) nearest to some location/placemark.
It will looks good in placemark-list, when we use plugin to show map by placemark {zhgooglemap-marker:NNN;Center;Zoom;MapType;Width;Height;Action}, maybe new parameters to segregate placemark-list and limit them to for example 5 position?

Yes, it is interesting suggestion.

I think I start this from adding distance into placemark list.
For example, I enter address and press find (or by autocomplete, or by autoposition button). Then I find my place, and placemark list, for example, will contain distance.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but is there any way of searching for the closest location?

I mean, something like a "store locator" when we input our location, click search and we get a list of the closest location.

Does this function exist already? If not, i believe it would be a really nice feature to add to this component.
