It is not clear how everything works. I created a map for contacts. I have enabled Display InfoWin content Panels, but I see nothing in the panel on the right. It remains blocked without data. Excuse my brain ...

Hi.
Just check your browser console.
Your template doesn't load JQuery library.
Check whether or not you can enable loading.
If not - I posted a few times. You can enter a few lines into map details for Loading JS files and Loading CSS files fields
