Problem with placemarks

You can set map properies
1 - "Open InfoWin" to Yes
2 - "Show Title" as Placemark to "No"

It means open infowin and write there map title, and do not create placemark for it (this title).

And may be you not create any placemark for map. Go to placemarks tab, create any number of it, and set for its property "Map Title" your map.

May be you not publish your placemarks
May be you restrict your placemarks by publishing time (from .. to...)
May be you assign for placemarks placemark group and unpublish it
