how to add data from SQL table (temperature, humidity, pressure) to information was created by napravnik12

So far, I'm really getting to know ZH OSM, so I didn't find that option.

Each Placemarkers on our website (meteo.sedmicka.org) represents one weather station.

Is there a choice in ZH OpenStreetMap how to read data from tables and columns, where does a specific weather station write data and add this to record of specific placemarkers??
