I didn't understand.
Do you upload CSV file in buffer table and after that process data and upload into working table?
Or do you upload data by SQL insert into buffer table and after that process it?

I think I can try to add this part (import from buffer table into working table).
Just I need to analyse how implement modals in Joomla!4
And if I will do that it would be very easy add CSV import too
