openstreetmap question was created by phonky
first of all: great plugin, just great.

however, I have an issue.
I'd like to use pure openstreetmap,
to be able to display totally free maps on my site.
I selected openstreetmap as map type, and also openstreetmap layer: yes

Works fantastic.
But there's still the Google footer appearing in the page...
is it possible to hide that?
As said, I actually would like to user OSM only...

thanks for helping

Hi.
My Zh GoogleMap extensions use Google Maps API v3. As for OSM layer - I get only its map tiles, but the all other is done by google's API. In next release I'll add below the map "powered by" for OSM case, but you still will be use google's API, with its restrictions and other features and with its logos on bottom.

I have plans to create different extensions for OSM, with using its API, but I haven't enough time to start this project yet. And I don't know how many people using OSM, for example, by percentage, and is it will be so required to create this extension.

Don't forget support my developments: post review in JED , donate , help with translation ;)

Hi,
and thank you for coming back to me so quickly.
I understand your points.

Well I hope some time there will be a pure OSM version available.
It is certainly much less used than google maps, but there are
ever more people wanting to create and consume free content,
for different reasons, so you might want to take that into
consideration when deciding about doing it or not. :)

Good luck!
