where is the ccs external for custom ccs ? is it markergroups.css file ?

Hi.
My css it is mine, for my formatting.
If you want to customize, you set external css style.
After that my styles ID changed suffix to -external
And you define this styles in your template css file
Don't forget support my developments: post review in JED , donate , help with translation ;)

sorry but I still don't understand. After that I set to external where can I define my css file?. Into the css folder of template used ?
Have you a little sample of css to understand how do it ?
