Placemark groups order

hello again is there any way to change the order of the placemark groups ? is there a way not to be ordered in an alphabetical order ?

I'm thinking of adding ordering items to define in which order show. It is concerning as for groups, as for placemarks.
But not find out how to do that more convenient

I was looking for an answer to this same question and came across this post from 9 months ago, so was wondering if you have come up with a solution yet?
I can see in Firebug how it could be edited directly in the html but I'm not sure where I find the html to make the edits.
I'm still learning along the way, but so far have managed to work things out in the end. I've tried searching up this on google and in the joomla forum without success.
Any suggestions appreciated.
