Auto create placemarks

Hi

Is there any way to auto create a placemark for each user? Ideally when the user creates the new user account a placemark is auto created so a map will show locations of all members. In addition what about an option to auto update long/lat fields after geolocate to resolve overload issue?

Hi.

You can create page, which displaying a user profile, for example.
And show module in this page, and enable feature - entering user placemarks.
And user can enter or update its placemarks
And set filter to show only users placemarks.

In this case user can create its placemarks. And you can show users in separate map with different settings (for example, by plugin, by category and etc)
