Placemarks issue in site with https port 8443 was created by gbour
I have tested the component in the past without any issues, but on a restricted site's front end with https used on port 8443, the map is loaded but the placemarks are not.
Find and route, do not function as well.
Regarding the backend, if it is accessed from the outside network, neither the map or the placemark are loaded in the map and placemark configuration page.
I enabled in the options https and Mode for Resource Files, copied icons to site assets dir.
Is there any part in the configuration file that I could explicitly declare 8443 for the ssl?
Any other suggestion, would be most appreciated.
Thank you

Hi.
Look at
googlegeodevelopers.blogspot.ru/2011/03/...vailable-to-all.html
Try to copy page source, create new one, and replace
maps.googleapis.com
to
maps-api-ssl.google.com
And check, is it OK.
If yes, post me, I'll change for this case.
If no - you should ask in google's forum about your way to get it work, and if it can be done, post me how changes I have to do.
May be you need different license

Thank you for the prompt reply.
I will try to follow your suggestions, although I just got some feedback that indicates that it might be specific browser's issue (chrome).
