And is it OK if you will use it by module. I think you doesn't need plugin in this case.

ok it works:-) i have testet some parameters in backend.
now the user can change his own placement per drag and drop.

it is possible to deaktivate new placements in frontend. i need only change existing user
connecteted placements.
