It was already set to domready!
The "onload initialization type" was not working at all (because the other onload function on my page I guess)

Look at your page - the map is loaded twice, and it strange
I find it very funny
1 - when map is shown (the first time) click quickly on zoom - and clusters will work
2 - refresh page and wait the second time reloaded map (you'll notice map tiles reloading again) - after that click on map - you'll get clusters will NOT work.
Check where the map (or module) is loaded again and fix it.

I fix it by removing the previous onload function. I've used an other plugin.
