User markers was created by hagen_fenris
Hi,
i?ve got one single map with a few markers from different users.
I woul like to create a menu item where each user can view his own markers and edit them.
I tried that with an additional map...but the markers are bound to an specific map so the markers dont show on the additional map.
How could i solve this?
Regards
Fenris

Hi
You can create map, and set placemark id into Placemark List.
I mean, you create menu item. And in Placemark List enter your placemarks IDs

I´m sorry. It didnt work.
Added a new menu item, added all placemarker IDs butw nothing gets displayed.
Would be nice if i could set "show only users marks" or simething similar at the menu item or maybe at the module.
Then i could publish the module within a article as mennu item.

You can get me your guest account to admin, and explain what you want
All have to be work - when you enter your placemark list (IDs) - you'll see. But the placemarks have to be belong to this users, and in placemark details don't set block to update (Protected from user correction = No)

How can i sent u a privatemessage?
I want a menuitem which shows a map with only the markers which the currently logged-in user has created.
Ist not neccessary that the markers are shown in a map, a simple marker-list would do it for me.
Each user should be able to see his own markers and edit them.

You can mail me: ZhukDL@gmail.com
As for map:
Create map, enable placemark entering from frontend
set filter - show only users placemarks.
In this case when
- user doesn't login - it can see only "public" placemarks, which is not connected to user
- user logged in to the map - he/she can see only its placemarks (because filter restrict the other placemarks)
- and if user can update it's placemarks - then when click on placemark - you can see form for update data
- if you can't update placemark - you can see infowin.
You have to know
- you can enter only infowin title and desctiption
- you can't from frontend enter additional HTML field, infobubble data
- you can't hide belonging data block (group and category)
- you can't hide placemark type (animation...)
- you can hide icon (in this case you get default# icon), but if user set placemark group, and this group have "Override placemark icon" - in this case the icon will be the other (group icon)
