external link to mark in map

Is it possible to access a mark on the map through an external link?
For example links in query from a MySQL table.
That when you click on a particular field (the link) mark appears on the map centered. For example the map appears on a lightbox

You can get a few cal types for this.
1 - if you have map with placemarks (component call, ie menu item) - you can enable external placemarks reference and prepare your own placemark list (you can create an a-tag (or else0 element with onclick call special page function
2 - you can manual prepare link (not by my plugin, or by it) to show map in lightbox, in this case you can prepare your own link ref, or you can try to call my plugin
3 - the other methods, you can describe more clear to whan you want
