Hi,
i try to get the geolocation to work.
No matter if i visit my site through PC: FireFox, iPAD: Safari, Android: FireFox, i dont get my position.
PC with IE9 works....
What could i do to get it to work with the other browsers?
Regards
Fenris

Browsers return your position by IP, by using GeoIP.
And at home your provider can have IP pool which connected not to your real geo position.
I have at home (most time Moscow position ).
To get real position (as it did in smartphones), I think its need to write program for android, not for browser.

Geolocation works for me also with Dolphin browser under Andriod.
The only problem is that the map gets centered on the location but no actual location marker (arrow etc.) is displayed.
Is there a way to display the current position with a littel cross or arrow?

I'll check it. As I can remember the placemark I show in this position. (May be when routing (find by geocoding) reature is enabled).
If it missed - I'll add this when only geolocation is enabled
