In map details

Slider "Map Details"
- there is new field "Default Map Types" - enable/disable Standard Google Maps Map Types
- there is new value "Google Earth" for "Map Type" field - enable default map type to Earth

Slider "Advanced options"
- there is new field "Loading map objects dynamically" - under construction, implementing in j3 firstly
