Hi.

I've "fix" you problem.

You enable "Akeeba Backup Lazy Scheduling" plugin.

And in frontend and backend you've got window.onload call, which you can see in page source

The new JavaScript function is named function aklazyinit()

I've disabled this plugin and all works. I think you should set some options for this plugin or ask the developer not use direct window.onload =, and try to add to onload function it's code
