I am trying to remove and add place marks for the location that we work in, i was able to drag and drop the white sircles to the new state we currently have, but i don't know how to remove the leftovers and or add new "pins" please see the attached picture and the Black Arrow pointing at what i am calling "place marks / Pins"

Hi
When you create path (polyline) - you have editor. After save - you can change shape by editing polyline.
If you want to draw again - ie want to remove all - you can clear Path field and save.
Path (polyline, circles or polygons) saved into Path field by pairs of coordinates - latitude and longitude (separated by comma). And all pairs separated by semicolon.
You can change Path field manual, but check that you remove pair.
Example
Path: lat1,lng1;lat2,lng2;lat3,lng3;lat4,lng4
You can remove it manual
Path: lat1,lng1;[strike]lat2,lng2;[/strike]lat3,lng3;lat4,lng4
And result
Path: lat1,lng1;lat3,lng3;lat4,lng4

You can draw your boundaries by using KML files.
It is more easy.
