Insert new placemark - remove options / icon / ...

Hi,
is there a way to remove some options from the placemark-windows, when creating a new placemark?
For better understanding what i mean i attched a image.
I would like to get rid of the red marked items.

And another question: how can i change the green marked icon?

And maybe something for the next version:
When a user inserts a new placemark and clicks the button to save his placemark, the windows just disappears.
How about a little infobox popin up to thank him for inserting a new placemark?

I have some ideas, and in future (in 3-4 months), I want to add some flexible options to enter placemarks, may be new views.

As for green marker icon - it is placemark state. Publish/unpublish. It can be change in map options, open Advanced tab, the "New Placemark State" field

As for red marks - it will be controller in future.
