Easy way to switch between maps?

I have 5 sets of maps, is there an easy way to switch between the 5 (excluding using menu). Is there anything built into the component?

For whar reason do you want to switch between maps. May be you just display all information in one map, and for example will use placemark list to change map center to show placemarks and etc.
Describe your needs, because I don't understand your needs

We have different groups of contacts and ideally want to offer an ability to switch between the groups. I know creating a menu link for each is possible, but I'm curious to know if a 'change category' within your component is available.

Right now I have a separate group marker than the placemarker (location)

It is very easy, create groups, enable management on map details, enable manage placemarks. Most properties in Placemark Group tab in map details
