Create new icon was created by optimized

Hi, How do I create a new Icon at optimizedpanama.com/topmedia/index.php/e...9-21-01-40/nicaragua .

I just cannot find how to do it in the admin panel?

Hi Mike.

You can use your any png image.

Look at my previous post

just upload your icons into folder by any FTP client, for example, filezilla
