there is the possibiity to have in the same site example : 10 different kml maps (with 10 different activities ... food, sport, ...) and the same markers on it ?

I choose the first kml maps with all markers (OR) I choose the second kml maps with all markers.

Different are also the zoom and the center position for each map.

You want to show/hide KML files as well as placemarks, which belongs some same properties.
If yes, then yes, you can do that, by different ways.

You can create different maps - each for different activities.
You can also create one map with all activities and manage show/hide it by Group List
