Plugin call for placemark (look at my doc)

As for translation - it is 3 files (site) for component, plugin and module.

If you see it is not translated, therefore it is not translated by people, who did it. Translation not exists, because now people works with its work and doesn't support translation (due to its busy or for other reasons)

Easy way - join to transifex project (it is free), and add translation. In this case in next release I'll add that new sentences

You can use overrides to override translation, because if you change my files - in next release upgrade - all your changes will overridden by my files again
