Submit button doesn't work creating new placemark

Submit button doesn't work creating new placemark was created by Benedetti
Hi 
When a registered user tries to insert a new placemark and then clicks on Submit button, this button doesn't work. It's not showed any error, but on click, the user is redirected in home page and the new placemark is not saved.
Can you help me to understand why this button doesn't work for me?
