Hi

What problem is?

Put your KML file on server.
And there are 2 ways
1 - On map details go to Map Details tab, there is field KML Layer - enter full URL to your file
2 - You can create path, and enter there on KML Layer tab URL to your file and display options

Problem resolved
KML file was in bad format option for vector projection (EPSG 3857)
