Loading Placemrks

Hi, Dima!
First of all I'd like to thanks for your good and beautiful extensions.
I was wondering if there is a way to load the placemarks on the placemark's list if they are diplayed on the map (for example, when I zoom-in on specific city). Furthermore how can I close the description of each placemark on the placemark's list? The placemarks' descriptions are always opened.

Today placemark list loaded in case of placemark creation. I have plans to change it's behavior. For example, it doesn't filled when you use ajax placemark loading.

As for opened description - set "Open InfoWin" to No for each placemark.
