CSS File in Wrong Folder

Hello,

This CSS Files are in the Backend Folder. This is not secure.

<link rel="stylesheet" href=" www.coscom.de/administrator/components/c.../css/markerlists.css " type="text/css" />

If I want to protect the backend with an htaccess password protection or other opportunities I get error messages.

What you mean "don't like background"

I thought why not make it at all that from the backend CSS files are loaded. Something like one, in my opinion, always in the frontend. Therefore, the question whether there a reason why there has been so.

I step by step changing to use site (not admin) folder. The only a few cases when I use admin folder. In future this parameter will only be for icons.
