Fast loading of 4000 placemarks with MarkerManager

I would like to have a list of my place marks (about 4000) with a map. For that reason I installed your excellent component. But the map loads quite slowly. That is why i tried to enable "Loading map objects dynamically" but enabling that caused Marker manager to not working! Also the place mark list disappeared! Is there anything I can do to fix those problems?

Today placemark list doesn't work for dynamic loading placemarks. You can try to enable loading only infowin content, in this case placmark list will be. But for 4k placemarks it still will load slowly.

As for Marker Manager (manage placemarks on zoom ,evel) - I have to check, I think it should work (probably you enable clustering, in this case Marker manager doesn't work).

I checked clustering and it was not enabled. But right now I have marker manager on and have enabled the dynamically loading but it load all the place marks together ignoring the marker manager! Is there any other setting I can do for that to work?
