Is it possible to show an image or a link in a lightbox?
I've tried the following:

The link does not open in a lightbox

Hi
If you set Action by Click = show infowin, then you will see panorama's button in infowin toolbar.
Moreover, you can use Placemark details feature and use alternative link to call what you want
But not in lightbox, just on other page
