one placemark in several placemark groups

is ist possible to assign one placemark to several placemark groups?

or

is it possible to give one placemark several icons?

No. But for what reason?

... because a distinct location belongs to many groups, e.g. in a certain house there are different services like health care, food supply, clothes supply.

but anyway the solution seems very simple: I save a copy of the placemark to another placemark group.

I can implement joomla tags feature into placemarks. Ie you can add tags for placemarks.

But how you want to use this multiply assignments?

this feature would be great. So you can sort or display places by placemarkgroups or tags.

Currently I made a map of a town in north germany for refugees. There are many places, where they can get help, e.g. to get work, advices, clothes, food, housing, healthcare, furniture, schools for their children and so on. Each of these needs is associated to a placemarkgroup, which has a unique symbol/icon. Now in some places there a serveral services (=placemarkgroups).

It would be great to indicate that on the map. Currently I assign the placemark to two or more placemarkgroups (save as a copy),with the result thar the icons overlap exaxtly, so that you can only see one icon. This makes absolute sense, because it is exactly the same location.

My wish would be: if there are more than one placemarkgroup (or tag) for a single placemark the user could see this somehow. For example give the icon in that case a certain border and when you hover over the icon the icons underneath would appear in a small popup.
