Map with Marker Managing by GroupList

Hi,

I have the same problem as the original poster.

I have set Options/Map Settings/Compatibility Mode to On but it has not made a difference in my case.

All the markers appear fine but when I click the GroupList, they do not disappear like they do on your example. What settings have I missed out?

Also, I have tried displaying the map as a plugin, but then it doesn't show the GroupList. Is this function not in the plugin?

Can you give me screens for map settings for markers slider (where settings for cluster) and for your marker groups.
I think is ia a bug.
Is it you have latest component version.

Hi.

I found problem.
You define placemarks by text address. And in this case I have a little bug
I'll try to fix it.

But in your case you should use lat/lng positioning of placemarks, at first because geocoding is time consuming feature, and the second there is a google restriction for it - you'll get not all placemarks (only about 10) if you define it by address

Thank you for tracking down the little bug.

I made changes from text address to geocoding and it worked fine.

The site will be updated by someone who will not want put in lat/long, so thank you for fixing the geocoding part.

It looks like we can use up to 2,500 geocoding requests a day. It is a low traffic site so we should be fine for a while. But at least we know what to do if that part stops working.

For geocoding - is it possible to put in a little button next to the text address field that when you click - it will take the text address and fill in the lat/long?
