Define Point B (end of route)

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the community and already read most of the documentation and threads. My question is if it's possible to enter manually the Point B (end of the route) and not the predefined point (address) in order to create a route.

Please feel free to move the topic if you think that it's irrelevant or already answered.

When you enable find feature in map details, your placemarks will have a toolbar - to define placemark as start/end point. And Address field with Find(route) button (and/or autocomplete feature) can draw route from your any place to your placemark.

If you need more details I can create menu item in demo site to show what I mean

I mean if you create placemark for this map, this placemark will have.
Ie you will have ability to draw route from/to placemark (first point) and use search field as a second point.

The second case - you can create a route from search field to map center, I mean it is like "How to get to my place" in my demo

I understand both scenarios.

My question is: Can the user search for both A and B points without setting up a placemark in advance?

For example,

Start point: [enter location A]
End point: [enter location B]
Get route

For this case you can use simple google map page

I expect user need to draw route from/to his/her place (map center or placemark), ie they want to use map data, not any they want.
Draw route between two any addresses - it is not interesting - just to play with route, it can be done in google's page www.google.ru/maps
